Deluxe Room The Kancamagus Motor Lodge offers clean, comfortable and cozy rooms at reasonable rates, within walking distance to fine shops and outlets (with tax-free shopping), area attractions and fine restaurants. Only one mile from Loon Mountain, one of New England's best ski resorts and only minutes from Cannon Mountain, Bretton Woods, Gunstock, Tenney and other recreation areas.
Family Room

All of our 34 rooms are attractively decorated with comfortable single Queen or two double beds, television, telephone, air-conditioning, and all rooms are available in a choice of non-smoking or smoking. We also have rooms with private balconies and in room steam-bath showers available.
All rooms are only steps away from Brittany's Cafe. The cafe offers an excellent breakfast and dinner menu. Brittany's is a favorite among locals and just steps from your guest-room door. Sports Fans will love CJ's Penalty Box also located nearby. CJ's is the area's only Sports Bar & Pub, serving specialty sandwiches and appetizers. There you can enjoy your favorite sporting event on one of our many televisions.

Standard Rooms
Offering easy accessibility from car to room, these units are located on the lower level of the main lodge. All standard rooms have two double beds and a refrigerator.  Inquire about upgrading to a room with a steambath shower, steambath rooms subject to a slightly higher rate.

Balcony Rooms
Available exclusively on the upper level of the main building, these rooms are available with a choice of either two double or one queen size bed and are fitted with private balconies for your relaxation and enjoyment.  Our balcony rooms look out toward the ski slopes on Loon Mountain's South Peak.  All rooms have refrigerators.  Inquire about upgrading to a room with a steambath shower, steambath rooms subject to a slightly higher rate.

Deluxe Rooms
Located in our West Lodge, our deluxe rooms are oversized with two double beds, a refrigerator, coffee maker and a steam-bath shower.  The deluxe rooms are available with  adjoining doors, making them a perfect choice for a family or larger group.

Family Rooms, Our Largest Rooms
Also located in the West Lodge, our family room is our largest room.   The family room is our only room with three beds.furnished with two double beds and sleeper sofa. The room also has a small dining table with two chairs, refrigerator, coffee maker and steambath shower. Kids will love the addition of the DVD and VCR players in this room!
